I have a Purewick with 40 external catheters. Where is a good place to sell this. I tried Facebook marketplace with no luck.

Keep trying marketplace.
Sometimes items get "lost" in the hundreds of posts that pop up.
Does your community have Page where you can post items for sale? Might have more luck posting in a more "local" area.
