You will have to be more specific. I would ask if step one is done. A sit down talk with your kids. About your plans and about your wishes, and asking for HONEST responses from them.
Step two would be making certain that your kids know where all your papers of instruction, your will, trust, living will, advanced directive are located. A visit to your Doctor to discuss your wishes and make a POLST if your state allows the same. A DPOA so that the best and most willing of your kids can act for you when you are no longer able to. A visit to the attorney to make certain all your needs and wishes are deliniated clearly for your children. A tour of your files so that your children understand where everything is.
You can start there. If you have more specific questions for us, do ask.
