Welcome new poster. Caregiving ourselves is very important, and I believe that reading on the Aging Care forum can help you help yourself.
I have read your profile, and it reads very clear to me.
You are the "someone" that you are caring for.
Your "About me" explanation says it all.
Before I have time to fold laundry, I drape it over the back of the chair to keep it free of wrinkles. Maybe that can be done with one hand?
