Has anyone run into problems with a court appointed attorney ramrodding the care and decisions for a dementia patient?

No, but this court appointed atty must have been given gaurdianship over this person either because a family member filed for it or in the absense of a family member was granted it in such absence.
Would you tell us more about this situation?
