I came to Senior Helpers - Roseville as a caregiver and had the pleasure of caring for the Roseville’s location first client. The family opened their home and hearts to me and fully entrusted me to care for their father/husband. I spent over 3 months being his # 1 transporter to his appointments and developed a great relationship with my client and his family. An opportunity came available for an office manager at the Roseville location and Paul promoted me to that position. In transitioning into the office manager, I was still able to still care for my client weekly when the search was made for my replacement. I came to the Office Manager position and received great support and training from Paul. I can’t express enough the help, assistance, and support and flexibility during my employment. I thoroughly enjoyed interviewing and hiring all the caregivers, meeting the clients and the communities we service. Senior Helpers - Roseville is not just private home care, it is a family that I will forever be thankful for.

We added another shift with Senior Helpers at the suggestion of Greg S, an employee through the Veterans' Association from which Senior Helpers referred us to. As a spouse of a veteran (living or dead) during the US involved war, mom is close to getting $1,318 per month from them, thanks to your organization. Plus, I have extra hours per week to do my own thing while not worrying about mom!

Your caregivers have all been kind and caring. It is hard to trust my mother’s care to a stranger, but I feel so comfortable with all of your staff. Paul has also been invaluable in managing Mom’s long term insurance claims.
Paul started the company in late 2021. He came recommended by other home care colleagues, which is a huge compliment with being so new. Paul has helped out a couple of my home clients and he is professional, compassionate, and committed to helping people.

I wanted to share that mom was SO happy with how our caregiver, Kenyatta, remembered how she likes things folded and put everything away in the correct spots. She was so grateful and relaxed! It was a pleasure to hear. Mom felt like her Kenyatta listened to her, and she realized how important that was to her.
