Right at Home - Whitehall, PA

We have been working with Right at Home to help out Mom. One day last week in conversation, Mom let me know, once again, how much she really likes her aide Saqia. She stated that “she lifts my spirits.” To me, this means more than anything else that is done to assist her physically or domestically. Thank you for having the insight to pair these two twice a week. It’s a perfect match for which I am most grateful.

We have been with Right At Home Agency for two months and have been very happy with their service. We had different caregivers and everyone has been great. They take care of my husband so I can get out and they also do light cleaning for me. It has helped me so much and taken so much stress from me. They have been an answer to my prayers. She has a way of making the client feel important, by asking "How are you feeling today?" "Do you need anything special?" "What can I do for you today?" "Would you like your scrambled eggs a particular way- made with milk or water, loose and wet or tight and dry?", things like that. It is obvious that her client's happiness is important to her. She is always looking for ways to stay busy, too.
