Our Senior Living Placement services are 100% Free of any charge to clients and 100% Free of any charge to senior living communities.

Most ‘senior placement services’ are free to the family, but a typically compensated up to 100% of the First Month’s Rent once a move-in contract is signed.

With rents varying between $2,500 and $13,000 per month, it can clearly be seen that there is nothing ‘free’ about this service.
