Our Team
We employ a dedicated team of professional Care Coordinators to guide your family through the process of determining the most effective care plan for your loved one. This process includes caregiver matching to your loved one’s needs to make this a smooth transition for your family.

The special attention and support from the FCP Live-In team does not stop there. Once the care has begun for your loved one, your family will have ongoing support from our Operations team, including 24/7 on-call services to both families and caregivers.

FCP Live-In implements a quality assurance process that incorporates phone check-ins, as well as in-person assessments by our Field Supervisors, to ensure that the care plan is working and our matching has been a success.

FCP Live-In is a full service agency, not a registry, covering all payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, and liability insurance.

We have a dedicated team of regional Care Coordinators that are always available and there to guide your family every step of the way through the process of determining the most effective care plan for your loved one.
