Belle Maison Nursing Home

My mother went to this facility for PT after a hip fracture. The whole time she was in the hospital, she used a walker instead of a wheelchair. Our request for a walker was denied. We realized then, they were trying to make her a lifetime patient rather than help her. The service was terrible and Mom cried every day. We took her home on day 3 and enrolled her in outpatient therapy at another facility. She has dementia now, but has not used a wheelchair since her short stay at Belle Maison. I hope this review keeps another family member from believing the lies Belle Maison's promoters tell when deciding on a facility for their loved one.
