CCRC: Continuing Care Retirement Communities

Continuing care communities, or CCRCs, include different levels of elder care and senior housing. As your elderly parent's health declines, they can continue to live in the Continuing Care Community and not have to relocate. CCRCs could include senior living retirement apartments, assisted living facilities and skilled nursing, or nursing homes, all housed in the same Continuing Care Community.
