I need to use some kind of bathing facility for my grandmother once a week to help keep her skin moisturized. Is there anything that I could use?

She is starting to get a rash on her skin from being so dry and never getting to soak in water. She cant sit down in a bathtub to get her whole body submerged in water. I am looking for a place close by that I can take her to once a week maybe to soak her skin and help nourish it with lotion afterwards. I

well water dries out the skin= just put lotion on her after a bath

So it wouldn't do her any good to actually get to take a bath sitting in water?
