Carol Bradley Bursack, Dec 28, 2010

Over the span of two decades author, columnist and speaker Carol Bradley Bursack cared for a neighbor and six elderly family members. Because of this experience, Bradley Bursack created a portable support group, the book "Minding Our Elders: Caregivers Share Their Personal Stories."

She will probably qualify for Medicaid. This is what Medicaid is for. Please call your local Social Services for help. Your mom will likely need nursing home care which would then be covered under Medicaid, if she financially qualifies, which from you note, sounds probable.
Take care,
Carol
