How can I make sure my 88-year-old father is not manipulated into changing his will?

Asked by valeriemaltese  |  Sep 2, 2011

Brother and wife has stolen in excess of $65,000. Will was changed to reflect this. Now brother is badgering, harassing dad to make another new will and add him back in.
