My Mom can't seen to settle down at all. She is 85 and she has dementia, CHF and A fib. Does anyone out there have any advice of how to help them sleep?? We walk from the frontroom to the bedroom just not handling this too well. Any advice?

I've heard of many negative effects. You are wise to suspect any new drug as giving problems. Please check with the doctor about trying another medication or changing dosage. What works for one person doesn't always work for another.
Take care - your are likely exhausted from coping with this. But another consultation with the doctor sounds like it's needed.
