I know things vary from state to state so its hard to make choices, and wonder if everything is for her benefit! we certainly try, we are building a driveway of very expensive pavers for her as her vision and balance are very bad...that would I would consider for her benefit, she wants to buy me a car! I wont take a car from her, even if she put it in her name.......My old mazda, may as well be new, all the money we have invested into it already!!! We want her to spend her hard earned money on herself!!!! She has already done enough to help us out!!! we are not concerned about her money at all!! we want her to spend it down on stuff for her!!! It took her along time to save all that money, and since she had to cash out her IRA's she already took a big hit!!! Its so not fair to the elderly...........I wish I could take out a lawsuit on whoever makes all these rules, and prosecute the shit outta them! Unfortunately we would have to sue everyone and their brother!!! there is just nowhere to hold one individual responsible!!! SHIT ITS AGRAVATING!!!! ecuse my french.............but that is the bottom line!! thanks for your idea, about the x-mas presents, that is a great one!!! we will start that ball rolling over the weekend!!! we have only until next Thursday to finish the whole process, to get her mediivaid ready!!! and as they say "and It shall be done" God willing!!! thanks for your support!!!
