I have recently retired and 12/31/2009 and I am faced with having to take on the responsibility of my father's care who is 88 years old and has been on dialysis for 5 years. I am pretty sure that the only solution is for my Dad to go into an assited living. I need help on discussing this with my Dad. I have been coming down to visit him every two to three weeks since my Mon's passing however for the last month he became sicker and clearly need more help.
I am caring for my father, jean, who is 89 years old, living at home.
