We are here, You are so very overwhelmed, I wonder if you can talk to your Dr, or call senior services? If not, this is something I had to do when I was so over whelmed I could not think straight,
It felt like my head was going to explode with all the issues around me.
Get a note book, write down everything in no special order.
Everything,issues, feelings,etc.
Then look this over and rewrite in prioritized order, what is most important to you.
children, husband, money, Mom, Dad, etc. This will help you to think straight and take each issue head on.
Take a deep breath and let it out slowly, you'll feel your shoulders relax. do relaxing exercises. feel each muscle and relax that muscle. It will help to deal with issues at hand.
