I am an only child,i have been doing this for 10 years.First my Dad, and then my Mum.
last September,i had to admit defeat, and realize i could not keep doing it,and i needed help.
I had neglected my children,grandchildren and my husband.In December, my Mum went into a care home.
My life is not perfect,but i am coping much better.
My Mum is ok,and i have a bit of my life back.I still feel guilty,but i know it was the right thing to do.
