She too became violent and accused me of stealing her money. She would see me use her check book to pay her bills and she thought I was using it for me. Anyway, the violence comes and goes, and there are pretty hurtful words said,so we tried all differnt kinds of things. She would get so mad that she would try to break things in the house. So we found the medication Seroquel. It was a god sent and it helped her to sleep through the night. Maybe you can get some help with that too. I feel for you. Its a terrible thing to live throught becasue the anger is directed to you the one that is doing everything for her. Just hang in there and try the medication. I found that giving it to her at night was very benefifical. Otherewise it makes them sleepy all day and then they can't sleep at night. I wish I could help more, but this did help me. My mom has since passed just this Oct7th. I can't help but feel a since of relief for both her and I. Everyone would say just know that this is not really your mom and that it is her illness acting out. So this is why I am a piece with her passing. God Bless you and your mom. There is nothing you can really do but hope it all passes.
