She may be waiting for an invitation as strange as that sounds. It would do you a world of good. If she can't take your mother, maybe she could stay at your house and you could go to a motel, or even your church basement for a day or two. Don't feel guilty if you get to go, either. You would never expect someone who works for you to never take a day off!! If your sister can't, look for respite care. good luck chris
