She is just too sick to deal with the whole ordeal. Give her a break. She is telling the truth.
Acknowledge what she tells you and bring Christmas/Thanksgiving dinner to her.

Can Hospitalization Lead to Dementia?

I never knew there were so many elderly disabled after hospitalization.
Hospitals need to focus on people and not saving a buck.
Maybe some of it is damage from septicemia.

Sorry, the insurance company requires a death certificate to get a check.

First, her insurance company. They will explain.

Nothing other than paying upfront for her funeral. Call a funeral home and see if you can assign the policy to them if you don't have burial funds.

i almost died drinking those. they are like slimfast.
bones change after 50. it's good to use your chewing muscles.
i think they atrophy if we don't use them.

Get someone else to help and pull out. Let the person that wants the parent to stay in the home to take over.

Stress kills the caregiver, it's real. Seek medical attn. for cardiac yourself.

My mother-in-law has very fragile bones and has shrunk about 8 inches from her hump back! Is surgery wise for fractures if her bones are brittle?

Any surgery is risky. My aunt didn't make it through the surgery. It's a degenerative disease.

You are allowed to work for your father.
Alot of people work for their father's.
Just claim it as income.

Bad Scratching!

the reason they scratch is because it is getting infected.
sometimes it takes oral meds., at least in my case. also change of shampoo. chemicals are very harsh on thin skin and allergic skin too.

the discharge papers are called dd214 papers. they prove he is a veteran.
