Give a Hug
My mom got gout in her feet and thumb joints, ususally she is in pain for a good month and rolls around in a wheel chair, this time we did a technique called resistive stretching, done with breath work, and can be used in acute stages. Doing this work with my mom got rid of her pain and swelling. It was awesome to be able to help her in this way. If anyone wants to learn it, please feel free to contact me... or check it out on the web... they have pictures ;) ...lol.

Dear KK-Black cherry juice is very good to relieve gout. Buy concentrated, mix 1 part juice to 5 parts water. Flushes uric acid out of joints. Do not let her eat too much beef, tomatoes, potatoes, or eggplant. Drink lots of water:)) That with the exercises should make her feel like a new person!! Hugs and Blessings.

To have the claims published in the Sleep and other journals do not mean these claims are always true. From time to time, the fraudulent claims published in the medical journals are retracted and discredited when the fraud are exposed. http://quick-constipation-remedies.com/gout-remediesquick-constipation-remedies.com/gout-remedies We will see what the Sleep and other medical journals will do to the hoax that sleep apnea causes hyperuricemia and gout.
