My 82-year old husband served in U.S. Army for over three years and even spent one-and-half years in Japan as a post master in the U.S. Army. Is there any help from the VA, we live in British Columbia.

My sister is in late stage Parkinson's and over the past few months the dementia has started.I had been calling and talking to them once a week, but it seemed to only confuse her more. Is it better that I just don't call?
