I'm my mother's durable power of attorney. We have encouraged her to do more cause she isn't sick now but acts like she is.

I moved away from my parents due to my health. I do have more family that lives near. My dad never lets me help with my Mom. I just am sad.

I have a sick husband and a little dog that was my mothers. Mother passed away June 2103 and the two dogs she had are mine now.

Burnout and out of state POA for my parents only comes twice a year. They buff up for her visit, POA is dismissive of my concerns.
