Credit card is closed and has balance of $1000. Assited Living Home costs $2500 monthly and budget is lean. Is it better to continue making

I from 7 silblings am the only one that can take care of my mom, unfortuantley financially its not working because I am not working.

The Cash & Counseling Programs have extremely long waiting lists. Last I heard, 6000 letters were mailed in Florida to those on list.
