Did you guys know about the "fair housing" lawsuit against some N.Y. A.L.F? Can they deny residency (or evict) based on wheelchair use?

My mother is hearing-impaired, legally blind, on oxygen, needs a walker, and is over 100 years old. She wants to "go."

I'm caregiver for a woman who's a fall risk. She now has a dog and ties it to her walker. No one thinks this is dangerous!
