Find Care & Housing
**WHOOPs this was supposed to be in reply to LOST ***
Im sorry Lost. I don't know all your story. but I know you are not happy having to care for MIL (?)
so I wasn't trying to come off funny exactly. but its because I always feel I cant do 'right' either ...sometimes I feel I get picked on. and take the blame for everything.

sometimes I feel my husband thinks he's perfect. so I just try to use his 'comeback' ...back on him.

every time I see he did something wrong, like get a scratch on my car. he tells me 'I don't know what you're talking about' (drives me nuts)

so now I just tell him the same thing when he says 'did you break my compressor' (yes I did)  But... "I don't know what youre talking about"

just like a little kid. "didn't do it"

next time you get blamed. just say I didn't do it. I don't know what youre talking about. :/

edit: is it sorta like someone having control over you, by blaming you and making you feel bad.??

because some people wont take responsibility for anything. so you get to be the fall guy I guess.

I learned from my husband and we have been married for a good amount of time - (and we have learned to agree to disagree...).

(example) whenever I said "you spilled coke on the place mat"

he would say "I don't know what you're talking about"

so now if I do a boo-boo. and he says "did you break my clamp?" (yes I did)

I say "I don't know what you're talking about" with a straight face.

sorry I know that sounds bad, but sometimes I don't want to take responsibility so I just deny I did it   :)

It’s a darned shame that every time you try to assert yourself you get stomped on. How self-centered of your family to not realize you’re on the edge and need help. How selfish of them to not pitch in and leave it all up to you. Hopefully at some time in their lives, Karma will visit them and hopefully, God will let you watch.
