Are you asking if MediCal will provide 24/7 home health care? Almost certainly not. But she will not lose her health insurance. Those are two separate issues.

Medi-cal will not pay for a 24/7 caregiver if that is what you are asking. Are you asking if she can come home and have medi-cal foot the bill for 24 hour care? Because no, they won’t do that. They do pay for caregivers but you have to find and hire the workers. If she has Medicare they also help with that.
