Will my husband who has Parkinson's and dementia be able to stay at home till the end?

He is 73 and doing pretty well with balance and walking. The dementia is getting worse and he sleeps more.

It depends a lot on what specific symptoms he develops and what kind of in-home care you can arrange. Will he be able to stay at home kind of translates into will you be able to manage his care at home, doesn't it?
Is he being treated by a specialist? That can make a difference, too.
