caregivers for stroke survivors are often not on the list of caregiving sites. I don't understand why. I and many others are faced with years of caring for loved ones after they have a stroke, I have been caring for my husband for sixteen years now.

Penny, up near the top of the page you will see a blue bar, on the left you will see 3 white lines right next to AgingCare.com.... click on those white lines.... now you will see a search box.... type in Stroke.... you will find numerous articles and questions by others who are caregiving for love ones who have had strokes. Hopefully those articles and questions will be helpful. Oh don't forget to read past the advertisements that had been placed between some paragraphs, more is written.

I'm not sure what list you are speaking of. This is a message board for caregivers. We often talk about stroke victims care here along with dementia and other ailments.
