Why do you send products to people and then have no way to return them? So now I am forced to trash a 2000.00 brace, you sold me.

So sorry, but you do have the wrong website. If you ordered a brace from a phone call, it maybe a scam. You need to call Medicare and report it.

Don't pay if you didn't order it.

You are posting to an internet forum of caregivers to the elderly; we are regular people/laymen from all over the world who come here to post questions and support one another on our caregiving journeys. Most of us are providing care to our parents at home or in managed care facilities of some kind.

Who did you think you were sending this complaint to? I suggest you contact Medicare if you feel as if you were fraudulently 'sold' something you didn't ask for.
