Why did you stop using the rating at the bottom of each response?

By using the rating after the comment I don't have to retype the same answer, I can just hit the up arrow.

It is still there. In the questions area of the website the like button is a helpful star. That box extends across the entire width of the response box. I have accidentally found a response helpful many,many times. Hopefully they will fix it today.
