My neighbor needs someone who can build a wheel chair ramp for his wife. Does anyone know of any resources? Thanks

If you have a Lions club in your area, they may possibly build one for the person that has the wheelchair/scooter. A friend of mine is in the lions club and one weekend they built one for a person who recently got a scooter.

Anonymouse1256 Thank you so much. We do have a Lions Club and I will definitely give them a call this morning. Thanks again.

NeedHelpWithMom Thanks for responding. My neighbor has limited resource, thus making it hard to pay someone to build it. I'm hoping to locate and organization that can help him.

Check your County disability dept. A friend had a metal one put up for him. Office of Aging maybe able to help.

This may sound funny but it’s true. My nephew who works in the film industry here had the prop department build one for us. Those people can build anything for movie sets. Mine ended up being a perfect fit!

Or find a local handyman.
