Talk to your case worker. In my state, pharmacies cannot fill a prescription. The preferred vendor's nurse shows up at your house, determines what is needed, sends the order to your dr. for them to sign and then supplies are delivered.

If the person is at home, have the doctor write a script for the kind of underwear worn. Prescription can be sent to the pharmacy and the products will be delivered to the pharmacy for pickup. There are companies that advertise for supplies for Medicaid patients.,u
