I am trying to relocate my mother to our new town of Mustang. She has struggled with depression and has been in assisted living the past few years. I only see her a few weeks a year so I am unable to gage her stability. She wants to live independently. If her doctor approves her descision then I feel I should trust that. She is 78 and enjoys walking. There are very few people in Illinois to care for her. We want her close to me and my family. What are our options? Who can I work with here to move forward? My brother has been POA but has asked me to take over.
