Find Care & Housing
You could even go to the local supermarket and see if anyone has put up any flyers on a bulletin board. Or you could put up a flyer saying you're looking for someone to do some housekeeping. (If you could, create a new email address to put on the flyer so you don't need to give out your personal one)
Or you know when you go to diners they have ads on their paper "place mats"? You could check ads there.

These would probably be your most affordable options, and usually the people offering their services are good people that just really need to make some money.

Check with your parent's local Council on Aging to see if they have a list of recommended cleaners

Otherwise you will need to check the Internet for residential cleaning companies.
