I am no longer working and following up on being paid live-in caretaker. Where do I start?

I live with brother who has Korso Koff syndrome. I am aware there is a state funded program that will allow me to be paid by the state to care for my brother instead of him going to a home.

That would be great, because we haven't been able to find programs to pay relatives in your situation. What is it called and how much does it pay?
