Where can I find a light weight wheelchair that is safe and not super expensive?

The one Medicare bought my Mom when she came home from rehab is so heavy I can not lift it. I need to get her out of the house more and she won't make it long distances so a wheelchair is mandatory.
Thank God for this site, you have saved my sanity!

Try a companion chair. You can get them at Walgreens for about $150 or less. My mother has another chair that's a little more sturdy, but it was pricey.
