Papi, your best bet is to call your County/City council on aging to see if they have a list of support groups.

It also depends on what type of support group. I found trying to find one for Alzheimer's/Dementia was far and few between mainly because caregivers do not have time to join a support group, or to find someone to watch over their love one when at a support group.

I found the best support group was right here on the AgingCare forums. One can go into the forums 24 hours a day, and usually someone is there to help as this website goes worldwide.
