When someone with dementia has behavior issues what are your best routes?

I work and an adult memory day care in Somerset County of New Jersey. We are a new a facility looking for clients as well as I personally want to exercise all possibilities of what to expect beyond a text book or online lecture when every client is their own person.

Experience is the best teacher. You may want to ask if you can speak with the families of your clients for their experiences with their family members. Also, staff members who have been “in the business” forever can be a great help.
