What do you do when Mom needs assisted living but Dad refuses and wants to move to independent living that is not safe for Mom?

If you have POA, what is preventing you from moving your mom to the level of care she needs?

I notice your mom has mobility problems from your profile.
Are there services your mom needs that she can’t get in IL but can in ALF?
Does dad mistakenly think he can care for mom?
Do you have POA for your parents? Does Dad have health issues that would prohibit him from caring for mom?
