Find Care & Housing
I guess this depends on a few things.

How old is the person? Are they living with you?

Can/do they get out of bed for other things? If not, why. not? Pain? Weakness? Falling? etc

Are they eating in bed or just not eating at all?

How advanced is the dementia? As a person nears the end, they sometimes don't want to eat anymore. And, IMHO, at some point that is OK, if they are terminal and nearing the end.
