im a live in care person for my mom my stepfather is bed riden for the last 3 years now the mobile home park she liuves in has told her if i dont move they will kick her out of the park their for blackmailing her

Is this an age-qualification issue? I've seen that happen in the 55+ mobile home park where my mother lives.

Jimmy, I am not clear on what you had wrote. What was it that you did that would result in you being asked to leave the park? And who was blackmailing your mother? How does your Stepfather fit into this equation?

I think we need to know more about what's really behind this situation. I'm sure it's personal, but the blackmailing charge is unsettling. Without knowing more about the situation, it's hard to give you any legal or common sense advice.
