Do you mean OCD as Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder?
Was this an underlying condition before Parkinson's diagnosis?
This is really a question for the patient's MD as Parkinson's patients vary along a continuum very widely, and patients are about as unique as their own fingerprints.
Do discuss with MD.

OCD or impulsive behavior in a person with Parkinson's (PWP) may be a side effect of one type of medication that has been prescribed to deal with the "motor symptoms" of Parkinson's, such as the slowness and stiffness. These types of meds are in a category know as dopamine agonists and are known to cause impulsive side effects in a percentage of people. The impulsive behavior could be something like shopping, gambling, hoarding, or sexual activity. Check out the PWP's meds. Also call the PD Foundation at 1 800 4PD INFO. You will be able to talk to a knowledgeable person and get many of their free booklets including on one on medication. There is a lot of information out there on Parkinson's with great organizations providing support and research, like the Michael J Fox Foundation, the Davis Phinney Foundation, and the American Parkinson's Disease Assoctoon (APDA). Best of luck in getting more answers to deal with your questions from reliable sources.

If you are searching the internet for answers to a question you will find better results when you actually use the terms instead of abbreviations. I'm guessing POCD refers to Postoperative cognitive dysfunction and extrapolating from that that CD means cognitive dysfunction - I'm sorry I don't have that answer for you but if you have questions about specific coping skills people on the forum might be able to help.
