Needed a Dr to say wife is in need of care and cannot handle her own finances and other things related to care. Court declared her incompetent and approved me a guardian for her and her estate. Here that is two guardians in one, as a guardian can be appointed separately for person and estate. I would start by checking with your local court to see what is actually involved and what may be required.
