What makes people fall besides tripping?

Choose the fall feature. LO could fall in the shower or trip for any reason. The fall feature works when the person and the button hits the floor. It will automatically call the operator. If she gets no response the ambulance will be called. I had a problem with my Mom putting the button inside her top. I asked why, she told me the button was hitting stuff and the operator would come on. I told then u know its working.
