I need to show proof I am the care giver for my mom.

My Moms doctor provided a letter for me saying I was Moms sole care giver.

Ask whoever wants the proof what sort of documentation they're expecting to see.

I would think that an official diagnosis that mom has a condition that requires a caregiver would be the 1st step.

If it's for jury duty or some sort of official purpose, a letter from her doctor is usually what is needed.

Proof to whom, and for what purpose?   (I'm not being sarcastic, just wondering why you need to provide proof.)

Is this for medical treatment?
