I am looking for in home care for my mother. She needs help with bathing, dressing meals and walking in Annapolis, MD.

Ask your Mother's primary doctor of he/she could recommend a company, chances are the doctor would give you a list of companies in the area. A representative from the company will come out to your Mother's home to get a preview of the home and what would be needed... in the mean time you are interviewing the representative.

Now, if the Agency sends out a caregiver that your Mom isn't fond of, which can happen, don't be shy about asking the Agency to send another caregiver as the previous one just wasn't a good match. It's not unusual to go through a few caregivers before you and Mom find the perfect one :)
