What information does my long term care insurance have access to?

Have long term care insurance with St. Farm, do they get reports from my tests, doctors' visits, etc.

You would have signed a HIPPA form with the insurance application. As long as you are paying premiums and not collecting, they are not interested in your medical reports. Should you file a claim, they will want to see the records.
