What do I do if I am burned out and only one home in my county accepts Medicaid & it is full.

Call your case worker (or get one) & tell them you are desperate for solutions. They can be very helpful.

Find out how long the waiting list is. Meanwhile research respite care options.

Do what brandywine suggested and get Mom on the waiting list for the N/H nearby. If you are really desperate take Mom to the ER and refuse to take her home.You will be surprised how fast a bed becomes available.

Go to the next county or other counties nearby. We had to go to the neighboring state.
